Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

1.) To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

a) The product must be purchased directly from the official Feetures Socks website, only.
b) The return or exchange request must be initiated within 7 days of the date of delivery.
c) The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached (resalable).


Initiation of Return or Exchange

2.) To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

a) Contact our customer support team at the 'CHAT with us' within 7 days of your date of delivery.

b) Provide your order number, the reason for the return or exchange, and any relevant supporting information.

c) Our customer support team will guide you through the return or exchange process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, as well as instructions for shipping the product back to us.


Return and Exchange Process

3.) Once you have obtained an RMA number, please follow these guidelines for returning or exchanging the product:

a) Pack the product securely in its original packaging, ensuring that all tags are attached, if any.

b) Include a copy of the original invoice or receipt, if any.

c) Write the RMA number in a sheet of paper clearly on the outside of the package.

d) Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team.

e) You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.



4.) Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.



5.) If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or color, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item on our website. The new order will be subject to the regular shipping and handling fees.


International Returns and Exchanges

6.1) Customers outside of Singapore returning or exchanging products from Malaysia, Indonesia, Brunei, or the Philippines are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with the return or exchange.

Damaged or Defective Products
