We want to get you your order as fast as possible, which is why we ship quickly! Once you place your order, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Please note that we are unable to make changes to an order once it is placed. Once you receive your order, we can then help you with any returns and exchanges. Standard and free shipping typically takes between 3-7 days in Singapore. Shipping to Malaysia and Indonesia may take between 8-15 days.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please use this link to track your order for estimated date of delivery. Please note there can be a delay in the update of your tracking information by the carrier. If you do not see any update after 5 days of inactivity, please contact our customer service team and they will assist you.

FREE SHIPPING (Singapore)

Standard SG Local shipping is free on all orders of $55 or more. The $55 threshold is before taxes and after discounts. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Shipping typically takes between 3-7 business days. 

FREE SHIPPING (Indonesia and Malaysia)

Please allow 8-15 days shipping and 1-2 business days for processing.

Indonesia Free Shipping is on all orders above S$75 (On promo, usually S$100)

Malaysia Free Shipping on all order of S$75+.
